His passion for dentistry sparked early – in eighth grade, he studied implant dentistry and placed his first dental implants in pig jaws, winning second place in his school’s annual science fair. This early success fueled his continued pursuit of the latest technologies in implant and stem cell dentistry.

Prior to dental school, Dr. Austin immersed himself in dentistry through his family’s non-profit, Global Changers. This organization, run by medical and dental professionals, provides treatment to underserved people in Boracay, Philippines.
